Competition

We have extensive experience in advising clients on competition and regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and in representing them before the competition authorities.

We also assist our clients in identifying competition problems with their pricing, marketing and business policies.

Recent matters include notifications and the representation of clients in the pharmaceutical, airlines, communications, media, sport, car manufacturing, energy, fine art auctioning and industrial equipment industries. Besides, we are often called to advise high tech companies on competition law issues related to new technologies.

Our competition lawyers have been trained in EC competition law (which the Swiss Competition Act is modeled on) and have worked in leading competition law firms either in Brussels or in London.

See our publications in this field, including quarterly competition reports.
