Banque SYZ SA acquired BHA Partners AG, an independent asset manager based in Zurich, Switzerland, with CHF 1bn of assets under management. With this transaction, Banque SYZ SA is strengthening its presence in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. BHA Partners AG will be merged and integrated into Banque SYZ SA in 2022.
