Condis SA, a worldwide reference in products and solutions for high-voltage applications, acquired 100% of the share capital of Elvexis SA, a specialist in network digitalization, confirming Condis SA’s corporate strategy to become a key leader in the trend of electrical substations digitalization. The transaction marks a new step in Condis SA’s development, two years after its return to Swiss ownership through the acquisition by Renaissance Foundation and its management from Maxwell Technologies Ltd., now part of the Tesla group.
Tavernier Tschanz acted as legal advisor to Condis SA in this transaction. Tavernier Tschanz already advised Renaissance Foundation in the acquisition of Condis SA.
