Tavernier Tschanz advised Rémi Kirchdoerffer in the LBO of the Senstronic Group led by Andera Partners

Founded in 1986 by Rémi Kirchdoerffer, Senstronic is a leading global designer and manufacturer of high-performance detection solutions. The Group offers sensors and connectors mainly used in industrial automation processes and onboard applications requiring highly-reliable products.

With the support of Andera Partners, who led the LBO of the Senstronic Group, the next phase will focus on continuing to be the preferred partner for complex industrial applications, as well as accelerating Senstronic development internationally, also via M&A.
