Tavernier Tschanz’s Pierre-Yves Tschanz acted as president in a major gas price revision arbitration

The arbitration covered several price revisions in a long-term gas supply contract. One counsel interviewed by GAR described the final award as a “landmark decision in legal and economic terms” and “a thoroughly reasoned text, crafted by an eminent panel”.

The co-arbitrators were Marnix A. Leijten and Paul Friedland. Daniela Franchini, of Tavernier Tschanz, acted as the Arbitral Tribunal’s Secretary.
